From focus and emotional regulation to pre-performance routines and resilience, Kaity teaches practical mental skills athletes can immediately apply during practice and competition.

Kaity believes every athlete’s journey is unique. Rather than relying on generic mental skills programs, she works collaboratively with athletes to understand their goals, experiences, strengths, and challenges before developing individualized strategies for success.
Her approach emphasizes practical tools that athletes can confidently use during competition while also supporting confidence, resilience, and personal development outside of sport.
