Associate Mental Skills Consultant, Intake Specialist

A native of Brooklyn Park, Minnesota, Kaity serves as an Intake Specialist and Associate Mental Skills Consultant at Premier Sport Psychology after serving as a Youth Sport and Communication intern for Premier. Kaity facilitates workshops on various mental skills topics with sports teams, high schools and organizations.

Kaity graduated from Illinois State University in 2023 with a degree in Psychology and a certificate in Human Resources while also competing for the Division 1 Redbirds volleyball team. Kaity served as a three-year captain for the Redbirds, helping lead them to three NCAA tournament appearances and earning Missouri Valley Conference (MVC) Libero of the Year and MVC Scholar-Athlete of the Year accolades. Off the court, Kaity was involved in Redbirds for Change, a Diversity Equity and Inclusion organization committed to creating awareness and space for social justice advocacy in the ISU athletic community.

A multi-sport athlete throughout her childhood (volleyball, softball, and basketball), Kaity helped lead Champlin Park High School to their first state volleyball title alongside three conference championships. In her free time, Kaity enjoys spending time with family and friends, being active, trying new coffee shops/restaurants in Minneapolis, and coaching the next generation of athletes.
