Dr. Zimmerman believes sustainable performance begins by understanding the individual behind the athlete. She works collaboratively with clients to identify strengths, overcome barriers, and build practical mental skills that improve both performance and overall well-being.
Her goal is to help athletes perform with greater confidence while enjoying the process of competition and continued personal growth.
Dr. Zimmerman has experience supporting athletes across multiple sports and competitive levels through individual consultations, team programming, and mental performance coaching.
Her work focuses on helping athletes improve confidence, strengthen resilience, navigate life transitions, and perform consistently under pressure while supporting their overall psychological health.
Dr. Zimmerman enjoys presenting to athletes, coaches, teams, and organizations on confidence, athlete well-being, resilience, mental performance, and creating environments where athletes can thrive.
