Gretchen serves as an Intake and Marketing Specialist and Associate Mental Skills Consultant at Premier Sport Psychology. In her role, she supports client intake and onboarding, contributes to mental skills programming and workshops across a variety of settings, and supports business development and communications efforts. She integrates evidence-based mental skills training, mindfulness strategies, and values-driven tools to help athletes, teams, and leaders navigate pressure, build confidence, and perform consistently.

A Minnesota native, Gretchen spent nearly a decade working in social media within professional sports, where she witnessed firsthand the public scrutiny, pressure, and comparison athletes face on and off the field. Gretchen has worked in professional sports environments including teams in the AHL, NHL, and MLS, bringing firsthand experience of high-performance athletic cultures to her work. This experience, combined with her background as a former figure skater, soccer player, and basketball player, deeply informs her approach and commitment to supporting the whole person. Gretchen earned her master’s degree in Sport and Performance Psychology from University of Western States and is actively pursuing certification as a Certified Mental Performance Consultant (CMPC).
