Background

Alaina Alwin (she/her) is the Evening Receptionist at Premier Sport Psychology, handling front office and administrative operations, client scheduling, and supporting staff and client projects. Alaina grew up in Eden Prairie and graduated from Eden Prairie High School, where she was a 3-sport varsity athlete in track, soccer, and downhill skiing. She earned her BA in Psychology from the University of Minnesota, balancing her coursework with student clubs and activities like the Black Student Union throughout the semester. Before joining the team at Premier, Alaina worked as a lead patient services representative.

Alaina still enjoys downhill skiing with friends and family and in her free time she enjoys reading on her Kindle, traveling, and exploring new restaurants and activities to do in Minnesota.
