Chad has completed multiple practicums prior to beginning at Premier. His experiences include working at an industrial/organizational psychology consulting firm, an outpatient mental health clinic, and in a university counseling center. He also works part-time on inpatient mental health units.
Chad Wilker serves as a Psychometrist at Premier Sport Psychology. A third-year doctoral student in the University of St. Thomas Counseling Psychology program, Chad is dedicated to helping individuals develop a deeper understanding of themselves and how they can overcome barriers to live fulfilling and satisfying lives.
An Owatonna, MN native, Chad attended undergrad at Gustavus Adolphus College where he earned his bachelor’s degree in psychology. Following his time as a Golden Gustie, Chad completed his master’s degree in Counseling and Psychological Services at the University of Saint Mary’s. In addition to balancing his graduate studies at St. Thomas, Chad has worked with individuals experiencing acute mental health crises at a local hospital.
A former captain of the Owatonna Huskies wrestling squad, Chad can be found watching soccer, football, and mixed martial arts in his free time. He also enjoys spending time with friends and family, working out, and playing with his black lab Tillie.
