BS in Human Resources and Management – University of St. Thomas
Bella has gained valuable industry experience through a variety of roles including human resources and operations with the Minnesota Twins, and recruiting, operations and filming for the University of St. Thomas football program. She also completed marketing and human resources internships with Optum, Inc. and Wings Credit Union.
Originally from Colorado, Bella moved to Minnesota to pursue her education at the University of St. Thomas. While at St. Thomas, she spent 3 years working with the football program as they transitioned from Division III to Division I (FCS). She also had the opportunity to volunteer with Special Olympics Minnesota, and since then it has become a passion of hers. As a recent graduate and lifelong athlete, she participated in club soccer and swimming. She is thrilled to be blending her passion for sports and business operations at Premier.
