EDINA, Minn. — In light of the recent death of a University of Wisconsin track star who took her own life, the burden on athletes’ mental health is a growing concern. An Edina sports psychologist is offering help to athletes of all ages with their mental health.

The founder and director of Premier Sport Psychology in Edina, Doctor Justin Anderson, joined KARE 11 Saturday to discuss the importance of mental health and why young athletes are at risk.
