Sianneh Mulbah is entering her 14th season with the Timberwolves and Lynx and her sixth as Chief People & Inclusion Officer. She is responsible for developing and executing the organization’s comprehensive Talent Acquisition, Human Resources, and DEI strategies.
During her tenure, Mulbah has played a vital role in reshaping the organization’s culture. She utilizes human resources to craft business strategies, facilitate decisions, and meet the needs and objectives of the organization and its employees.
In 2019, Mulbah became the first employee of the Timberwolves and Lynx to receive the prestigious Sports Business Journal “Game Changers” award. Mulbah was among forty women across the nation honored for their work in transforming the industry and leading the next generation in the sports business. In 2018, Mulbah was named to the Minneapolis/St. Paul Business Journal’s prestigious “40 Under 40” list, which recognizes high-achieving business leaders in the community. Most recently, Mulbah was named one of Minneapolis/St. Paul Business Journal’s Top 50 Influential Black Leaders in the Twin Cities and was named a Twin Cities Business 2021 Notable BIPOC Executive for her leadership throughout the COVID-19 pandemic.
Mulbah serves on the board of directors of the Twin Cities chapter of Women in Sports and Events (WISE) and Girls on the Run MN and is the secretary of the Native American Parent Council for ISD 196.
A graduate of Bemidji State University, Mulbah earned a bachelor’s degree in psychology. She then went on to complete dual master’s degrees in Organizational Management–HR and Business Administration from Concordia University-St. Paul.
