Hannah Ruohonen (she/her), a Minnesota native, serves as an intake specialist and Associate Mental Skills Consultant at Premier Sport Psychology. Hannah is passionate about sport performance and the mental health of high performers. Her role at Premier is to educate clients on numerous Mental Performance concepts and connect them with the best mental health and performance coaches at Premier Sport Psychology. Hannah also facilitates workshops on various mental skills topics with sports teams, high schools, and organizations. Hannah grew up in Brooklyn Park and graduated from Park Center Senior High, where she was a dual sport athlete in softball and curling. She earned her BA in Coaching and Sport Psychology from Concordia University, St. Paul, where she worked closely with the Concordia football team as a student assistant. Before joining Premier, Hannah worked as a student intern for the Minnesota Twins in Fort Myers, FL and Saint Paul, MN.
Hannah still enjoys curling and playing softball with her family. In her free time, Hannah enjoys spending time with her dog, staying active, and trying new coffee shops/restaurants around the Twin Cities area.
